I agree with jsant01. And after reviewing both websites, plus the Retrax one, I doubly agree.
The Rollbak uses about (it looks like) 1 1/2 - 2ft feet of bed space, and is under constant spring tension. You have to manually control the cover with an awkward looking strap while it's stowing. Leaves, dirt, and other stuff on the cover gets dumped right into the bin as you close it unless you clean it off. The rails require greasing.
The Backflip folds up right against the rear window using very little bed space. Also, as they say, protecting the window from stuff you might throw into the bed. You can open it partially to get into the trunk. The whole assembly is much simpler, a big advantage. They claim that it's watertight.
I have no idea why I'm trying to sell this thing.
