Re: New RTL Owner

Congratulations on your purchase, you picked the right color, too. We all know green means go! I have opted NOT to get the steps as they would interfere with ground clearance. I do wish there were rocker panel bars for the Ridgeline.

Wink Re: New RTL Owner

put running boards on mine also, a total snap to do.
no special tools and a one man job.
take off the plastic plugs underneath by first pushing in the center to release and then they will pull out of the hole easy.
the empty hole is threaded and the bolts should fit in no problem.
Also installed a trailer hitch.
Equally as easy but a two man job to hold it up to get bolts on. in my case my 7 y/o daughter helped to hold it up.
on the 07, i had to also remove the metal muffler guard that is between the muffler and the underside of the truck. this was removed by taking off 4 easy bolts.
hope you have an equally easy time.
