2007 Dark Cherry Pearl vs 2006 Redrock Pearl Pictures

I much prefer the 2006 red. The 2007 is too dark for me.

I am not sure about the purple you are seeing, but you should be seeing a dark maroon in the first few pictures. The last few do almost look brown, and that is because I was in more direct line with the sun that was behind me. The color does change with the amount of light on it.

Not having seen the 07 in person, I like the original red based on the pics. The new red does seem a little more 'maroon'. It's nice, but considering I first chose red before buying blue, I still like the look of the 06 red.

I have to vote for the new red (or should I say maroon?). I find the Redrock too orange for my liking.

Based on the picture, the dark cherry red would be nearly perfect for a Texas A&M grad like me. Looks like maroon to me. I would have chosen it over my steel blue metallic if it had been available.

I think I like the new red, I like darker colors. But, it does have a hint of purple in there, which I don't like.

I'm thinking that in one of those pictures, the Dark Cherry looks more like Dried Blood. Blech.
When the two are parked side by side like that, the Red Rock looks a little weird to me; but the one parked on my driveway looks just right.
