2007 Dark Cherry Pearl vs 2006 Redrock Pearl Pictures

Gotta go with the dark cherry. Original red looked too much like an emergency vehicle. New color is very close to the red on my wife's Volvo which looks great on that SUV.

I have a Honda ST1300 in Dark Candy Red. I think it is about the same color as the Dark Cherry Pearl. I would have to go with the 07 red.

I think that my favorite college's colors is why I like the original Redrock so much. It is very close to the Ohio State Scarlet. The new dark cherry is too much of a stretch. I'm also glad to see that I have a collectors item in a 1st year exclusive color.

Thank you RedrockRT. I've been waiting for my crappy local Los Gatos Honda dealer to get delivery on the new 2007 dark cherry but who knows when. I'd still like to see the nimbus grey but I can pretty much go with the dark cherry now. Your redrock pearl I would have bought but I wanted to wait for most of the bugs to get worked out before buying and then they go and change the 2007 color on me.

Reminds me of my '91 Accord wagon...they called it Mulberry Pearl if I recall! I think I'll stick with the current Redrock pearl.

I vote the new - love that deep color - but really have to see in person to be sure.

I think Cherry with Aluminum Alloy or Chrome accents is going to look super sharp and I am going to be jealous.

I have always been partial to the RedRock color, but swayed away since my last vehicle was Red...

Then again, White w/Olive and Black/Aluminum 20's is an outstanding set-up as well.

Cherry for me too please. I'm always a fan of darker reds. Now I just want them to add LED taillights, HID headlights, a diesel and I'll be all ready to buy.

Looks good. (I have the redrock pearl) The dark cherry pearl looks more like "black cherry/red". I agree with ChrisM, I wish they had it in a candy apple red. And I would've loved it with alittle chrome. Not something that you have to add later. But either way, I still love the Ridgeline!!

When Honda contacts you with your Customer Satisfaction Survey, I remember them asking if I had any suggestions and NOW if I get another call, I am going to tell them to PUT SOME CHROME on the Ridgelines. I think any of the colors would look much better with FACTORY trim over the fenders, around the windows, door handles, down the side, and all this as standard. The Dark Cherry would REALLY look good with lots of chrome.

Although I doubt I would want to own a RL in the new red (too dark and potentially touchy), I still prefer it over the '06 red. I guess that means I'll never own a Red Ridgeline, no matter how dark or light it is.
