Didn't they post those pictures last year as spy photos of the 2008 Ridgeline?

From what I've read, the drive train won't likely support(reliably-longterm) 300HP...with gas prices about to hit $4.00/gall., I'd be a fan of VCM...but I guess that doesn't apply to me because I've already bought...

The V6 engine is currently under development and will likely debut sometime after Honda introduces their 2.2-liter diesel in 2009."

My theory is, because of how adamant the designers are about not doing any mods, the vehicle is at the stress point for structural integrity anyway. Engineered to the max for fuel economy and stability. Therefore, it can't take lifts or more torque or larger wheels or non Michelin tires or even changes to the tailgate. The boys in Ohio should be congratulated for producing a vehicle that is at its engineering limits and is still an excellent niche vehicle, provided it is kept as is. And no, I didn't say "niche" like it's a bad thing.

Re: 2009 Ridgeline Spy Photos!!

I started this thread as a joke over 2 weeks ago and still no spy shots and I think I now know why.

Maybe your user title should be "Useless Information Propagator," instead of "Useless Information Moderator."

Also, the point re: the max fuel economy can be seen when you look at the way the windshield wipers were designed as compared to the Pilot. The RL buried the wipers in a deep well to get them totally out of the airflow. This contributes to the snow problems some people experience (I have talked to many RL owners who have had some bad experience with wipers / snow as opposed to a ton of Pilot owners who have had zero problems in this area).
