Re: 2009 Ridgeline When????

It will come out when it does........

Hey mods.. Maybe it's because I have been around a bit, but why don’t you squash these repeat question threads? Maybe T-Mac needs to create a test before you can become a member... Like having to use the search tool before one can post something not already discussed to death....

Re: 2009 Ridgeline When????

There haven't been any mention of the changes yet. All of the attention has been on the new Pilot and Fit so I'm sure it will just be minor (just a guess).

To me, the $4500 incentive suggests major changes...
re: the steering wheel.
i think they'd have to ditch the column shifter before they can add a telescoping feature to the steering wheel.

There are cars out there with column shifters and a telescoping steering wheel.

Let me check that, someone said it on here before that an American car company has done it. I think Ford or Chevy.

I will do a search to see if I can find out which car has done it.

Re: 2009 Ridgeline When????

Here is one...it's not the post I remember, but it's one example. I didn't drive the car so I don't know if his recollection is correct.

Telescoping Steering Wheel

Not anything new and that has not been done before. My dads 1970 Oldsmobile 98 had column shifter and a tilt and telescoping steering wheel. I was pretty sure it did and I just Googled it and confirmed it.

Cool Re: 2009 Ridgeline When????

Be nice if they gave some new color choices. That would differentiate the first half of the design run to the second.
