Check out this thread of my install.

DIY Aftermarket Fog Light Install through the Fire Wall

I mounted the fog light switch to the black blank near the VSA and cruise control button. I used a Dremel to lightly make a hole big enough for the wire to go behind the black blank under the switch. You can not see it unless your head is down on the floor looking at the underside of th switch.
