I replaced my original air filter with one from K&N. I believe them to be far superior than stock. They filter better, breathe better, and last forever! You may even pick up a few extra horsepower; not as much as an intake swap, but still an improvement. You will also need the K&N recharge kit. You spray on a cleaner, hose it off, let it dry, and spray it with their recharge oil, and re-install. It's about twice the cost of a paper filter; which is a bargain in my book. Any time you can increase performance (safely) AND save money, I'm in! They say they're good for one million miles.
