I found the source of my wind whistle noise this way. Very loud at times and annoying BTW.
You can also put a strip of tape over half of the windshied moulding and onto the sheet metal (cover the seam) to eliminate that area.

I covered every seam on the RL until the noise stopped then removed a section at a time untill the noise re-appeared and walah, it was the area that MikeT suggests.
