There is a cable back there for an aux/xm input, but the plug/harness is honda proprietary. I think your best bet is the USA Spec box. I've installed it. It took about 25 minutes from stock to sound. The box will also act as a pass through in case you want to add xm later. If I recall... I don't have it any more as I've now replaced the HU, but it worked great.
