This is the part number for the whole assembly according to an online Honda parts website:
06421-S3V-A04 SENSOR ASSY., TPMS 4 2007 RIDGELINE $44.78

This is the valve stem:
06422-S3V-A03 VALVE ASSY., TPMS 4 2007 RIDGELINE $11.53

The part numbers are similar but there is a difference, I hope this helps...
