Its not a cheap solution, like all Honda aftermarket add-ons, but it is covered by Honda, and doesn't risk violating your warranty. (not that that is much of a danger).
I considered putting in an aftermarket radio with the aux option... which is less expensive than Music-Link. However I came to like the buttons on the existing radio. Honda's philosophy of using big buttons for key functions is the right way to do controls.. imho.
So when I go in for my first service, I will add Honda's solution.

Interesting. I just found their site and the 5th Gen Ipod (Ipod Video) isn't even supported, nor does it list any 2008 vehicles. I wonder if their website is just that badly out of date?

Also, I am not sure if they would do it, but to have it installed through the storage door under the radio would be far better an option for me than into my glovebox. I wonder if you'll be able to purchase a music-link and install yourself, as it lists the product as a dealer-installed accessory.
