There is an accessory grill being listed at one of the online Honda parts websites that says:

Front Grille
This stylish grille changes the front end look of the Pilot for a more open truck-like look.
Part# 08F21-SZA-100
Application: All 2009 Pilot

So for those not in love with the stock grille, there is still hope!!!

I'm sure that if the RL ends up with this style grille we should have a choice as well...
