the kick panel beside the accelerator comes off and I snakes the cable thru that way. Took longer to clean up the mess ( from the drilling ) than to install the scangage II.

Larryr, I just got my scanguage last night and I think I'm going to install it like you did. Are you still happy with your install? I'm not crazy about mounting it above the mirror or on the left side of the dash. But the, "not an ashtray" sounds like the perfect spot. Plus I can hide it. I don't like the idea of drilling holes but if they are hidden I less problem with it. Did you remove the "not an ashtray" to drill it? How is the scanguage secured inside the "NAA"? I have checked the mp3 install at H&A,

Do I need to pull the dash off just to drill the holes in the NAA? Thanks in advance for any additional advice you can provide.
