The tools I need are a Torque wrench, Rivenut special tool, Insert tool, and a 27mm Hex wrench. So where should I go..............Harbor Freight Tools?
Harbor Freight is a good place to get the 27mm wrench if your not going to use it often.

You shouldn't need a torque wrench, I would think, to install running boards, even though the directions prolly give torque specs.

There is a thread here somewhere that shows how to make or substitute the Rivenut special tool.

Good luck in your install - they are always fun and gratifying

{Edit} Ahh - found it here: $1.87 Rivet nut tool for step/running boards.
