If they have the weights you describe on the tires, you need to go to the dealership with the tire warranty on hand, explain that the OEM tires are Honda's problem (and not Michelin's) & demand that the entire set be taken off the truck & tested against specs. My bet is that at least one of the tires is very close to being "condemnable" under warranty. (This does not mean the tire is unsafe but that it is not round & is probably not quite balance-able...)
