Talking Hello fellow Ridgeliners!

Hello my fellow Ridgeliners!

My parents just bought a new 08' Honda Ridgeline RL for themselves bc my dad likes n wants a truck, been having one for ages, we use to own a 98' GMC Sierra 1500 but some f-in f*g was drunk n high n hit my mom in the back, running a red light, luckily my mom wasnt seriously hurt but the truck was totaled so we had to get a new truck n this was the ideal choice, compared to the American trucks w/ gas n all but my dad really wanted the Dodge RAM = / cause its big n everything, eh lots of details, dont think everyone wants to read about it =]

since I'm new, i have a looottt of reading to do lol

i spend some time a day on toyotanation.com bc I personally, drive an 07 Toyota Camry n so I'm familiar w/ forums n how ppl dont like it when noobs post same threads over n over again when they can simply just search

BUT! i have a couple of ?s that im sure it has already been covered, too tired to read ^.^

1. with the brush guard rail, i noticed that from realtruck.com its only for like the 06-07, will it fit the 08s? n where perhaps would be the best n cheapest place? other than eBay n Amazon if those arent my only 2 choices

2. today when i was driving the ridgeline all night, i noticed that the shifting is kinda rough, comparing to my Camry n other trucks, it might jux be my driving n break in period or something but is that natural? or is there a TSB for it? I briefly scanned through some forums n TSB n noticed that there IS a tranny TSB but i might of missed the whole description of it soo...is that what im looking for or is that for something else?

thanks a lot guys! and hope to learn some great and wonderful things in here let alone make some friends
