I have to support djeaux on this one. I'm one of the customers that fit in the 99% you describe. However, even with that, most any feature can be set up to be programmable. Why wouldn't Honda give customers more options especially considering the cost of these changes in the grand scheme of things is negligible? Nothing wrong with giving people options especially considering no additional hardware would be required...just software changes.
