Rear suspension upgrade???

Use my Ridgeline to haul a power wheelchair on the factory trailer hitch. It rides on a Harmar lift and everything probably weighs close to 500 pounds together. This does "sag" the truck a touch...Are there any upgraded springs available out there that won't raise the rear vehicle level, just help with the extra load?

Re: Rear suspension upgrade???

Maybe I'm blowing wind here, but what if you get an (drop down)angular hitch that drops the height of the trailer so that it's level at the tongue!

Will that change anything????

I think the OP means the chair rides on a frame attached to the rear hitch...there is no trailer, just a very large and heavy object attached to the stock trailer hitch.

kinda like this thing...except it's loaded with cement bags.
