you could get paint color matched to your interior. It's not a great idea but worth a shot before buying a new airbag.

As far as a salvage airbag goes, I am almost certain it is illegal. I know in Maryland it is but it might be a federal thing.
ill take a picture for you guys tomorrow its ruins my interior looks horrible

but heres the thing I think I will be putting a mat over it because when the air bag goes off if ever the plastic piece that covers it on top opens up towards the windhsield and blowing the air bags to the front.

so the mat would also move towards the windshield not towards you and hit in the face otherwise teh plastic cover would of hit you in the face as well
also I wont actually be putting anything on the mat its just to hide the scratches
here you can see what I mean about the cover opening towards the windshield and so would the pad since its will be on top of it .

pad

One thing about those pads, they can cause harm to the dash.
I've used them in several vehicles over the years and had them discolor one (gave it a dark yellowish tone), Darken one (made the gray color on the dash several shades darker) and one dash formed tiny bumps under the pad (think new basketball skin).
Just wanted to throw that out there...

Purchasing a used airbag from a salvage yard used to be illegal, however I believe you can now purchase them through salvage yards but they need to be certified. Who certifies them I don't know, but I do now that in NYS they can now be bought through salvage yards.

As far as Gouranga, you can by a interior dye/stain and spray it on your dash cover, it may not be a perfect match but it's a lot cheaper than buying a whole new air bag assembly.

Yeah. I see what you mean.

You might take it by an interior shop and see if they can do a cosmetic repair and improve it to the point of being acceptable. The cost of a new airbag to fix the cosmetic issue is prohibitive.

Yikes.
That looks like a replacement airbag to me. It doesnt even look like the same color.
Do you have a pretty good idea on the history of that truck?

Hmmmm, never heard of a Ridgeline with such an interior. Did you run a CarFAX? My suspicions are running high... not good.
