I'd be very interested in learning how to correct this problem. I'm still experiencing this issue periodically. Changing the transfer case and tranny fluid didn't help much, if any. I noticed it shortly after I bought my truck at 75k miles. The total changeover to DW-1 made it all but go away for awhile, but it returned. I'm now at 125k miles and it's just plain annoying. A pressure solenoid would make sense, but I just can't justify replacing a $200+ part without knowing if it works. I also haven't had any other need to go into the dealership, so I haven't had the tranny TSB done either. Truly a frustrating thing...
