GE Nighthawk replacement bulbs, and fog light question

How are the nighthawks light up the streets when its raining, noticed some headlights usually looses intensity or lighting power during the rain. Since some of the lights are bounce away and most don't reflect back. Hard to see at night when its raining? Just wondering

I know you can get the GE Nighthawks at WalMart or online.

No, I can't. I looked in three WalMarts with no results. The same is on line. If you know the online site, would you, please, post the link? Thanks.

THEY ARE SOLD AT WALMART AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON THE SHELF WHEN I PASSED.

TO MY KNOWLEDGE THEY ARE LEGAL AND ON LOW BEAM, I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER DRIVERS. ON HIGH BEAM, THAT IS A DIFFERENT MATTER....................THEY ARE VERY BRIGHT!

Unfortunately none of the links leads to the actual reseller site. This particular site belongs to GE and has a table of available bulbs. You can't order from there. I am very surprised. The product of one of the biggest US companies and nobody sells it on the internet.

In the United States, GE car headlights and bulbs are available at Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, and Ace Hardware.

Yes, I checked all these links before. Sure, they mention something about GE Nighthawk or even review them, but you can not order the actual bulbs from there. I am not looking for GE Nighthawk in general but in specific for the RL 9003 mount. I suspect we are discussing the bulbs that are no longer available. I found 9004, 9006, 9007, but no 9003. In support of my suspicion is the fact that neither Amazon.com nor ebay have 9003 mount GE Nighthawk bulbs. So, if you still see them at your local WalMart buy while supplies last.

You might be onto something here. When I first saw the GE Nighthawks at Walmart, there were four packages. The next day I bought the last 9003 package. I asked the auto guy when they would be getting more in and he said that the 9003 Nighthawks were missing from his two previous shipments.
