Something I've forgotten to ask; are the Nighthawks a "white" light or just a brighter normal light?

Re: GE Nighthawk replacement bulbs, and fog light question

I can't find the GE 9003 Nighthawks locally (the three local wally worlds don't carry anymore) and I don't want to order online, what is the next best brand/model bet for replacement headlight bulbs in my Ridge? Thanks guys.
