It looks like a G.Tech, which is what I have. I'm very happy with mine.
You might want to check with (former?) ROC sponsor Burtman Industries, though, since the eBay price doesn't look all that outstanding & Jason Burtman is a known commodity in these parts...

I agree with djeaux. I have just fitted stainless steel brushguards to my RTL, supplied by Jason ( jason@burtmanindustries.com ). The price was fair, they came promptly and were easy to fit myself. And they look great!
