A wise choice. Best of luck. BTW I have used the ST7317 SuperTech filters from the first oil change. They have done well so far. 55K and counting. I use them on my wife's Pilot as well. 115K and counting.

Do not worry about achieving your optimum fuel economy until you get the vehicle broke-in according to the recommended guidelines described in your owners manual."

I've also switched along with my wife’s honda powered VUE... No issues here...

I do plan on using a new one with ever oil change and not let it slip by like honda says is okay with the OEM filter....

I always change the filter with an oil change. Over 10,000 miles with my mostly short trips is way more than I trust any filter.
