Re: Frameless Winshield Wipers

For what it's worth, I received my wipers tonight from Tire Rack... Wow, that was fast!!

In about 34 seconds I had them both installed. Had some light rain so I was excited to get them on and try them. Gad do I love new wipers!! Very tight wipe and a great clear. Looking forward to some heavier rains. So far, so good...

Re: Frameless Winshield Wipers

Well... my Bosch Icons (installed six months ago) seem to be faultering.
Along the outer 3-4 inches of both of the wipers they are beginning to leave streaks. Weird how they both seem to be crapping-out at the same time.
They DID perform flawlessly up until this past week. Great through the winter months!

At approx. $34/pair, I was hoping they'd last through the summer, but if an attempt at "reconditioning" them isn't successful, I think I'll try the Valeo Ultimates next.
Tires direct site must have been "under maintenance"... couldn't get there, from here.
How long is the "two-fer offer" available at tires direct? Are they the "Ultimates"?

Thanks for any help.

brich? Tires Direct, or Tire Rack?

Re: Frameless Winshield Wipers

Madi as you know, the RL uses one of each size. When you order one of each you will automatically receive the 2 for 1 pricing.

Go for it, jimmy. I'm interested in other member's reviews as the wipers wear in.
