Sorry it's taken so long to reply. I'm was having a hard time getting my computer to work.
 I got the license plate relcoater at my local Checker Auto Parts store. It's a piece of plastic, the size of the license plate, about a half an inch thick. It has adjustible holes set in it to move your plate up or down, left or right, depending on your needs. I think it was between 10 to 20 bucks.
