Thanks, I appreciate your response. As a matter of fact, I just got home from purchasing the 260W and it's awesome..........for my purposes. Does just exactly what I want a GPS for.

Nuvi 780 here....yeh big bucks but an amazing gadget. Plug in the traffic cable and it will get you places FAST. I just did a 700 mile road trip and my friend says oh it takes this long and I usually go this way....I said well...the Garmin says 3 hours quicker via this route??? It was right and TO the minute!!!! She was shocked. Shes been driving her route for 15 yrs and did a little Garmin bow and praise. It does rock

I use the garmin GPSMAP 496 but then I fly airplanes also.

I have the nuvi 680 It works well in the Ridge! Its my second Garmin. As far as wich one to buy I would only buy Garmin then just decide the model number and how much you want to spend.
