I can lock-up my bed now

While visiting my Brother-in-law in Pa., who happens to own a machine shop, I told him of the problem of not being able to secure things in the bed even with the RETRAX being able to be locked so here is what we came up with made out of Alum and riveted to the tail-gate not able to open either way. Let me know what you think, once the cover is locked everything is snug as a bug in a rug.

Here it is installed on the tailgate, the pin locks into the vertical rail of the bed, it is rock solid, I guess if some one wanted in they could do it with alot of work.

I'll copy the the blue print and come up with something similar. I'm heading out to Home Depot this saturday.
