Here's the deal: The Retrax cover alone will not lock your tailgate. If you want to lock your tailgate, you will have to buy an aftermarket tailgate lock. The ones shown on Retrax's website are not Retrax products. You can find Bully or PopNLocks at most accessory stores. And, you can use these lock with or without a Retrax cover.
The RollNLock cover does lock your tailgate. There is a tailgate piece that you have to install. The cover locks itself into this tailgate piece.

Yes, call and tell Randy you heard about the on ROC, and ask for the discount. I just got mine on Friday, and installed it yesterday. I paid 849 (100 off) plus 50 for shipping. The thing fits great.
