Fender Flares - self install summary

Finally got them on. Once again another tedious but easy going job, took me about 2.5 hours.

WARNING - the rear flares have two tabs that are very flimsy and will break off if you look at them wrong. Don't touch them until you have to. Be sure to follow the unpacking instructions else you break them off. Basically lift the middle cardboard dividers out before removing flares.

No suprises really, instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I found the included alcohol pads were a little wimpy and dried up before I was done so I used my own lint-free cloth and isoproply alcohol.

Don't press on the area when removing the blue tape, it will break while your peeling it off if it's too hard to pull. Just hold the flare in place else where and peel off the tape in sections and then press down on it's area.

Now I'm down to my last project, installing the wireless backup sensors.

I saw the flares installed in on a Black RTL and they looked great.
