Hey, did you have the VTM-4 button pushed? Was this a "casual" tow or did you have to get the Ridge into "serious" mode with the VTM lock?

to get the chevy out i was in ist gear with vtm-4 ingaged and also had too get a 2 foot or so rolling start to get in a good tug first get get him loose first. common in pulling anyone out of a hole like that!!:cool:

Just curious did it do any damage or hurt the truck to get a 2 foot running start and jerk it like that? Did you use the tow hitch?

used the hitch to hook up and no damage from the tugging. did a complete inspection after a good wash (5 hours worth) and found nothing, no loose bolt and no body rinkles as i think some might ask.:rolleyes:
