Rochester ROC folks

Hey I saw a few folks from Rochester, NY on here. Would love to know how you all fared on pricing, especially if it was recently. What good / horrible dealership stories do you have?

Considering leasing an RTL and would be interested to hear what youa ll have to say about your experiences.

Chilly, I purchased at Dick Ide. I made a deal with a '98 Civic (120K miles) in trade and felt good by the time the deal was made ($6600 off list with the trade). I bought an RTX. However, they were unsuccessful in locating me the blue that I wanted. After a couple weeks of that I gave them my second (and third) choices and within a day they located a Dark Cherry Pearl, which took them one week to get in. No problems at transaction time so I am pleased at this time.

I live in Texas but was born and raised in Geneva. I go to Rochester to visit friends and family several times a year. A friend of mine from Webster bought a RL last year and said he had a good experience with a dealer in Canandaigua. I'm sure there is only one Honda dealer there so you might want to check it out.

I'm a bit late on this thread but I bought mine from Ontario Honda...the Canandaigua one. Great deal 600 less than the next cheapest Rochester dealer. Its a haul though for maintenance. Question any of the Rochester people get the tranny tsb done yet? Just curious if any of the dealers are making a fuss over it.
