I'm glad you love your Honda Ridgeline. I drove mine home today and have been playing with all the gadgets in my driveway ever since...This truck is truly unique.

Welcome aboard honda man!

RidgeInRidge, if you stay up all night reading the manuals like I did, you will have trouble getting up an hour early to drive the extra 30 miles to get that coffee and drive back just for the joy of the ride!

Enjoy!

All my buddies are on their Harley's as I should be. However, im enjoying the Ridgeline so much I cant seem to stop driving it and making excuses for not riding my Harley. Ive owned them all. Ford, Chevy, Toyota Tundra, this is the nicest truck of all. For those of you who dont want to spend an arm and a leg putting on some nice body colored side moldings from Honda($800). Go to Trim-Gard on the net for $150 and get really nice moldings. As for the trunk lid, its STRONG. I put 600lbs+ weight directly on it with stones for a yard path and it didnt even stress it in the least. The arm rest however moves around to easily and doesnt lock in position. I put a couple screws underneath it and now it stays extended in place. The steering wheel could use a telescope as well. Color choices for exterior and interior are limited I think. I have the RTS and was told XM ready meant I have to spend $750 to make it "work". I bought a Serius for $100 and it works great. That Honda ready XM is a ripoff. Overall I really love this truck and im tired of Dodge guys making fun of it even though their big hunks of rattleing small pen-s slow gas guzzling oversize junks are usually having some type of mechanical issues.
So off I go to ride my Harley around the block and then find some reason to drive 30 miles in the Ridge for some reason which im sure I will come up with when my next freind says why arent you on your bike.

Hey Honda_Man,

Welcome aboard!! I too have not even looked at any of my bikes! Used to ride at least one of um a day. Ever since I got my RL, I just don't have any time to spend with them. Could you post some pic's of your racecar? I'm a "Motorhead" too, and love all forms of racing. BTW, That "Mr Clean Thingy" works bitchen on black paint!! No water spots, Ever! Have a great time with your new Ridgeline.

I hear ya about the Dodge boys. I had my Ridgeline loaded with over 1,000 pounds of cement, sand, gravel, and lumber yesterday going down a major route. I had 12' and 16' boards on the Hitch-Hand. A guy in a big Ram truck, probably a 2500 at least, was checking it out. I was watching in the mirror because I always watch extra closely when I have boards on the Hitch-Hand, so that I don't get rear-ended. I noticed he was laughing at my rig. When he turned into the gas station, who do you think was laughing now? :)

( was married to a guy who owned a 79 lowrider. I rode next to him on my 1977 Yamaha 650 and was always looking in my side mirror at him frantically waving his arms at me to get my attention because he broke down AGAIN. Give me a rice burner, 2 or 4 wheels anytime ) ;)

Hi Lady,

I have a '79 Suzuki GS1000 with 23k miles on it and it's still beautiful and runs great! I ride it to work when I'm not driving my Silver RTS. It fits through traffic a little better!

Hope your business is going well!

Hi RO3,
My Yamaha is down and has been since last May. :( I think I will put her in archives and buy a VTX 1300 next spring if I can manage to pull myself away from Ridgena long enough. I just purchased my second Honda last week. A generator for the trailer that houses Drew's race kart and my CDC Graphics business. Its 13 horse power and Drew is trying real hard to figure out how to put it on his kart..:D
Business is ok...As good as it can be starting off. Thanks for asking. :)
Take care.

I think the forums turn BIDI on you and read right to left instead of left to right. This will only slow you down a little I am sure.
