Okay installed the WeatherTech Floorliner in the front and rear cabin areas. As you can see from the photos, the liners have more coverage than the OEM rubber floorliners. Also, the color match is not exactly like the carpet...but in person it does not look bad. I would say if you are interested in a little more protection from dirty shoes or accidental spills (I have to young kids), then you should give WeatherTech a look.

IMHO, black ones would look a bit better with grey RL interior. But again, it is highly individual.

I like the back one, but the front doesn't look like it would contain water very well. Is there a lip next to the door sill? How tall?
I was going to buy a set of the premium rubber ones until they told me there wasn't a hook catch to keep the mat in place. The stock ones have a hole for the hook, so I don't know why the WeatherTech ones do not.

There is a lip next to the door sill. The WeatherTech design will catch more liquid than the OEM rubber mat. Also both front mats utilze the retaining tabs.

From the pictures it looks like they do have hooks in the front. I had them before on one of my previous cars, there are lips around and they contain water better then most other mats. My only regret is that they don't completely match the color of our interior. It was actually funny. I picked up my new RL last December late in the evening. In the darkness I didn't realize there were OEM mats already in place. Next morning I was gonna order these WeatherTech mats. Right before clicking "buy" button for the grey ones, I started thinking if the black color would actually be closer, so I got out to check the inside of the truck. That was when I discovered OEM mats and decided to at list postpone my purchase.

The "floor liners" do, the "premium rubber mats" do not. Per Weathertech, the Ridgeline premium rubber mats are generic and do not incorporate the stock clips or their own.

I have the black floor liners installed. They look great!
I would not order anything BUT the liners.

Good choice on the floor guards, I just bought them for my 07 and wifes 07 Accord. They seem to be the best maps out there if you live in the midwest and have to deal with snow like I do.
