DVD + TV on Navigation Screen

I know there are a lot of threads over this, and I have read a ton of them. I have gathered that it is not possible to play standard DVDs on the nav system however there are adapters that will plug into the back of the under seat unit and allow RGB plugin for another DVD player... however then you must use a cord to your aux input or FM modulation for the audio...

I have also heard of other units that allow both audio through and video for the nav that are plug and play I still don't understand how they are plugged in though... be it through the under the seat wires or inside the dash.

I know you guys have gotten this question a billion times but I did use search and still can't find all the information.. a lot of the threads were like 4 posts or seemed like my answers were coming then the thread abruptly ended... hopefully I can get my answers here without annoying anyone :p this is my 1st post so be gentle :) heheheh

I am fairly handy with electronics and own a music store so I am pretty confident I can do any work necessary but I would prefer to know what I have ahead before I rip into my new truck :)

Here's a link that will help. I think www.pac-audio.com has some as well.

Is there a pac audio that works with the Ridgeline? I am not seeing it.

My father in law and I installed the backup cam system on his Acura TL, and it was from the Nav2go. This unit also had a RCA in. I thought PAC made one for Honda/Acura but I'm not 100% positive, look up back up cam, I even think there are other manuf's as well.

here's one.....

You'll have to use the AUX in for the audio.

With ALL of the converters? I read a post here about a unit that pumped in the audio into the truck all from under the drivers seat without the use of a FM modulator. They didn't say which unit though. Once again another reason for my creation of a thread.

This post will get you audio connected to factory unit AUX position. Besides FM modulation, I know of no other way.
