I am researching truck bed bike racks. The Yakima Beddy Jo looks possible, but I have a real concern. The rack is secured by straps that hook under the bed under the rear door (I assume in the flat down possition.) I checked that area of the car and see no real space for the strap hook to grab hold of. Is there sufficient space for the hook or do I need a different securing system?
Thanks,
John

Road bike set up. Thule truck bed rack fits nice on the rear lip of the Ridgeline. No drilling required because this rack is a spread bar. Just adjust to the proper widths, lock into place and your done. 120$. I drove my tuck from Florida to Wisconsin with my bike in the back with this set up and had no problems at all. Hope this helps.

Performance bikes have racks that are around $79 which I installed. I took the clamps off and used the bolts to fit the the back anchors in the bed. At the time it was on sale for $49 so I bought one and a spare mount kit. I can fit 3 bikes in the back near the window and this weekend will look at working on two more bikes in the back near the tail gate. I will try and post pictures once it is all set up.

I went with the easy route by getting a bike hitch.
