I've had my Ridgeline for a week now and just joined the club. I'm considering
ordering some accessories from H and A, and I wondering if anyone has had any experience in ordering from them. Ordering from the internet can be a dicey proposition sometimes, they seem to have awesome pricing and I guess I'm curious how they stack up with regards to online ordering.

Fear not, future internet consumer.
I've made a couple of purchases from H&A and have been very satisfied with the whole order/customer service/shipping/cost experience.
BTW... They have a special on this month for the Honda OEM alternate style grill, for ROC members.

Have had 2 dealings with them and both were very positive. The first one I actually returned the product because I changed my mind and was given a refund with no questions. The second transaction was also great with fast delivery and well packaged products. I highly recommend. :D

I called Rollnlock and they said that their retractable cover for the Ridgeline is about 3 weeks out. Finally! I had one on my older Chevy and loved it. Cant wait to get one on my Ridgeline!!!!!!

Fear not, H and A is a sponsor that offers superior service. I bought my carpets, rear under seat storage and bug shield from them.

They deliver what you order in a timely manner, hard to ask for more than that.

I could ask them to ship free stuff that I want before I know I want it. :) Now that is something it would be hard to ask for more than.:p

H and A Accessories delivered our door guards, rear mudflaps and window vents in a very quick manner. They were packaged strong enough to make sure everything stayed in perfect shape. The door guards were a perfect color match.

H and A is one of the best. I've been ordering from them since 2003. I've spent way too much there, but if I added it all up I bet I've saved thousands. Their customer service and expeditious shipping are tops and they really do have some of the best prices for OEM stuff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

for what it is worth we don't actually get your card number when we process your order. The orders are processed through a well known national processing company, one of the largest with over 166,000 stores using them. We have access to all of the transaction details through them, except for the card number. They only provide the last 4 digits.

All that prints out on our side is name, address and what is being ordered.

The card number is erased from the database once the transaction is completed. I've never been a fan of merchants that store my card number so when we had the system setup I made sure it wasn't something that we kept on file.

Even paperwork with just your name and address on it are shredded before they are disposed of.
