Touch-less car washes and backup sensors

Hey folks. In my owners manual that came with the OEM backup sensors it recommends cleaning the sensors with low pressure water and to avoid using high pressure water for cleaning. My question is, has anyone had any issues with the backup sensors being damaged by automatic car washes that use high pressure water for cleaning? Also, for those of you that have read about the volume being set really high on the sensors there is a volume control in the controller module that is mounted behind the back seats. I asked the dealer where I had mine installed to adjust the volume to something reasonable during the installation. The volume dial is located inside of the controller. You will need to remove the black plastic cap (carefully, I almost broke off one of the tabs just removing is normally) and the dial is just inside.

I've had the back-up sensors for a year now, no problems with the car washes.

But thanks for the reminder because I have a pressure washer (only on low!) and need to keep that in mind.
