Is my Fog lights switch upside down?

Noticed this morning having them on due to rain that the green light indicating they are on is on top, but on my 06 RT I could sear it was on the bottom like with the Cruise Control. I'm sure not going to have it turned back around (they'd want me to pay for that and it isn't that big a deal anyway) but I was just wondering.

According to the install instructions on the H&A website, the light goes on top. I don't have the fog lights, but that's how the install shows it.

The lights are at the bottom on mine. Then again, I did the install myself.

Did the install myself and put the light at the bottom because it matched the cruise light switch at the bottom and all of the little dots on all 3 switches are at the bottom. It is easy to pop the switch out and turn it over.
