Photographers...What is needed to do this?

What program would I need to take photos and create something like this, adding the text like it is, effects and so forth...

Proshow Gold (http://www.photodex.com/downloads/go_proshowgold.html) will do this. They have a demo you can download, then purchase if you like. I think the demo lasts 30 days.

I've made some amazingly professional looking DVDs with iMovie and iDVD with no training - the software is that intuitive. If you're in the market for a new PC, the Mac is the only way to go...

From another (recent) convert to the wonderful world of Mac, there's also a built-in program called iPhoto which lets you do all sorts of fun things with your digital photos.
