I just wanted to let everyone know what kind of stand-up service you get when you deal with Burtman Industries.
I ordered a set of vent visors for my RL and when I went to install them, I screwed up the driver's side visor. I guess I didn't have it all the way in the track and when I went to close the window, guess what happened?, the window caught it and broke the edge off!
Completely my fault and screw-up. So I emailed Jason to see about buying a replacement visor and trying to install it correctly this time.
Even though it was my fault, he sent me a complete new set FREE of charge! Talk about standing behind something! All I wanted to do was buy a new one to replace the one I screwed up and he went out of his way to take care of THIS customer!
Folks, don't hesitate to buy anything from Jason! He is a stand-up man and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. Thanks Jason! You da man!
