I am looking into this as well.
The problem with cutting them in yourself is the largest screen that will fit in the stock headrest is 7". Also the stock headrest does not tilt swivel to get the best viewing angle.
Also, most good monitors with built in DVD players like Myron & Davis or Invision are pre-mounted in a larger headrests though the colors may not match perfectly, it doesn't cost any extra to have em mounted - in other words they don't sell em "raw".
I was gonna buy a set off the ebay and bring to upholstry shop so they can re-do the aftermarket headrests in stock Honda two tone colors.
Also check this out. I just bought this off the ebay for the center console but I am going to modify it with actuator to be motorized up or I may french it into the rear seat drop down armrest so back seat passengers can watch it.
I totally forgot your question, but I recomend you get aftermarket headrest, remove it from that and try to install in stock headrest for the best of both worlds if it fits.

hey guys i just posted about a headrest install i did a few weeks ago.. you can find it in mobile electronics or search for "alpine m780" you dont need to spend all that money on myron and davis monitors... plus the alpines are the highest resolution on the market: 1.15 megapixels... I had great success and dont need the swivel function at all...

Just go to eBay and search "armrest dvd" and scroll down, there are a few
universal available and one is made for the 07 Camry.
It appears it was designed for Taxi back seat advertising. Should make it
very durable.
I will post info once I receive the armrest monitor and install it.
