Entering GPS Coordinates on NAV?

I'm trying to plot a trip for this Saturday to the NRAO in Green Bank WV. As that part of the world still isn't in sync with the rest of us, they've got no physical address to use when plotting a course. But they publicize their GPS coordinates on their site.

Is there any way at all that I can enter that as a destination? I tried for about 20 minutes last night by going through every option I could find.

Thanks,
Perry

Just an idea...Use the coordinates to lookup the location on Mapquest/Google maps and then find the two nearst cross streets. If I recall correctly our Nav system will plot directions to an intersection...

Just today I posed this question to our GIS coordinator for Bioterrorism response. Why can't we enter Lat./Long. into most devices and get directions to most of these devices? He didn't know.

hehe.

I use the Eclipse navigation unit which does support lat/Long coordinates, so this never occurred to me that some navigation units wouldn't support this. It seems odd that a device that maps based on coordinates doesn't allow coordinates to be used for mapping... haha:D

Definately +1. My coworker said that Europeans tend to use lat./long. more than we in the U.S. Wondering if their devices/NAV systems support this.
