i have an '06 rtl with oe nav, i am looking for an upgrade cd for it... anybody have a hook up for that???

The current version is 4.56 white DVD.
You may wan't to wait untill the fall when the next update should be out.
If you have a 2006 Ridgeline check the number on your DVD Navigation version.Then go to the HONDA/ACURA navigation site to see what your version covers.Your version is still good & at $185 for a upgrade it has to have more then a few minor changes. Every few years is good enough for the udate. If your version is not 4.56 white just wait untill the new one comes out.
