Adding Factory NAVI

I have a 2007 RTS without the NAVI and I was thinking about replacing the 6 disc changer with the factory NAVI. I have seen a couple around for sale.

Does anyone know if required wiring is already there, and the antenna for the GPS?

I was also thinking about the same thing last year when I got mine and could not get one with NAVI in a timely fasion. The Antena and wiring is not there. I went with a Pioneer Avic Z-1 and am glad I did. Not that the Honda Navi is bad or anything, (my wife has one in her 07 CRV), but the PIA of doing it without any instructions or the correct wiring harness would have made it a monumental process. The Z-1 did have some features that the OEM does not, like bluetooth, DVD, 30 gig hard drive ect. What you loose is the OEM look in the dash.
