Don't doubt it, saw 104 on mine (briefly, thankfully) when I was passing through eastern Tennessee on Tuesday afternoon and then 101 a few times yesterday in western MD/WV/PA.

Now that is HOT!!

On another note, how much will you pay me to keep my mouth shut to the authorities about your exceeding the speed limit?;) :D

I'll be in Vegas next weekend. I think I could break that. :D

Yeah, but will you survive to tell us about it? When it's hot in Sin City it's really hot and miserable.

Coming home at 2:45PM I was reading 103 degrees on GA-400S at McFarland...

BTW the Forsyth local boys in blue are enforcing the 55MPH construction zone around McFarland (Exit 12) early in the morning...They had three cars pulled over heading North yesterday at about 6:00 AM....

Did anyone else catch the news on Channel 2 when they were discussing the actual road temps? I-75 was registering almost 150 degrees!! Most of the Interstates were in the 130-140 degree range!

From the forecast it looks like today will be another Hotlanta afternoon...

If you don't tell about the speeding, I will not mention he was taking photo's while driving over the speed limit.

I feel for you guys. I'm used to the heat (110 was the highest here in Sedona this summer) but we don't get the humidity that you east coasters get!

My wife has been in Michigan with family and it was actually hotter there than here in AZ! :p So she's looking forward to coming home!

After a couple weeks of cooler (monsoon) weather, its starting to creep back up here, but hasn't hit triple digits yet. With more monsoons on the way, I think we are done with 100's for this year. Now as for the Phoenix guys....

Hope it cools off for the rest of you guys in GA and TN!

Saw 104 F in Hattieburg MS yesterday about 4 PM. It was a little cooler (99 F) when I got back to Poverty Ridge about an hour later. It wasn't bad in the shade (probably upper 80s), so I washed & Nanowaxed the Ridgeline as the sun went down. Humidity shot up dramatically after dark & when I walked the dog around 8 PM, I actually had water CONDENSING when it hit my relatively "cool" nose hairs! Pretty gross, actually...
