Parrot BT MK6000 install / subwoofer problem

I have an MK6000 that I just installed. I am having some issues getting the Parrot to work the way I want it to with the factory stereo. I have a 2007 RTL with Nav and XM. I've also installed a DICE R4 iPod kit, which also works well, although not exactly as advertised upon my first use.

There's 2 main things I'm trying to figure out how to do. The first is muting the subwoofer. I can't figure that out. I have a relay, and tried various combinations of that with no luck. Looking at previous threads here about that I was surprised to find no one mentions which specific wire is the subwoofer. I would also like specific directions on how to wire the Bosch relary for this.

The 2nd thing I want to do is wire the Mute wire to Mute In 2 on the harness opposite of the way it is now. I found that if I connect the yellow mute wire from the MK6000 harness to the yellow Mute In 2 wire on the harness my iPod pauses, and simply by just being connected. Disconnect and it starts playing again. (I also found that one of the others causes the volume to go to zero)

I'm trying to figure out a way to wire Mute to Mute In 2 in a way that when the phone rings or I press the dial in on the Parrot my iPod pauses and the factory radio is muted.

Thanks for the help!

Looks like I spoke too soon. Hooking up the yellow mute wire causes the steering wheel controls to operate oddly. Volume Down and Mode changes modes and nothing else works. I have another solution to pause the iPod tho... I think.

Still in need of knowing which wire needs to be on the relay for muting the sub tho. Anyone know?
