(Northeast) ROC Sticker sighting

I bought my RL March `05 when they first hit the lots. I still love driving it and still get a kick out of spotting other RLs even though this has become alot easier over the last 2 1/2 years.

But it took all this time before I spotted my first RL with a ROC sticker.

Leaving beautiful (NOT) downtown Peekskill yesterday I was behind a white with a cargo basket on the roof that looked really cool. I went North on 9 they headed South.

Who was it?

Hey, I'm glad you've seen another Ridge with a ROC decal on it, I've had mine since February, I started to notice more RL's on the road around here in the past few weeks but I don't see any with ROC decals on them. My wife says I should pull up to each RL I see and recruit them into ROC. Keep flashing those headlights too!

07 Steel Blue w/ vent shades.

I finally had a spotting on the road. In the village of Brewster there was a Redrock RL with a ROC sticker getting gas at Williams Service station. Had to be somewhere so I did not have a chance to stop. Anybody have an idea who this is?

I just got my (2) chrome 2"x 6" ROC Logo DECALS in the mail today.
I will get them on the Ridgeline as soon as I can.

Been looking for 10 months now. Still haven't spotted one. But, there is hope.

I wonder if that's the same one I've seen a few times in Dracut? I don't know who it is though.

hey, there where 3 rl'sin the parking lot at work over new years(I work for a hotel), a cherry, nimbus grey and a white one, none had ROC stickers but I spoke to the owner of the white RL, they were from Pittsburgh area up here for the ice bowl, this is the 2nd RL the gentleman owns, I informed him of the ROC, hopefully he will join the group.

I wave to RL drivers but usually don't get a reponse :( I ordered the small ROC decal and license plate frame for the front. I wish I had it today 60 degrees :D

I think the RL is becoming more popular up here in the northeast. There are now 4 that park around the building I work in and several more in the same business park. I've spoken to a couple of the other drivers and they all rave about the winter handling of the RL. You just can't beat it.

yes the rl is a sweet ride, she got her rl first and i had to copy her and get one only in blue i copied most of her mods that she has:)

That is a good place for the sticker, I never would have thought to put it there. It leaves enough of the brake light showing so it won't be a safety hazard (or get you a ticket), yet it is probably the most visible place you could put it.

I see no reason why it wouldn't hold up in that spot.

Only sticker sighting I can report is my own which I just put on. Stuck it center bottom of window. Hopefully the slider doesn't pull it off :(

Driving to the Red Sox game last night on the J'way to Boston was next to a DCP RTL. Was hoping to get stuck next to him at a light so I could ask if he was a member. Never happened. We were in the wife's Acura TL, my baby stays home when there will be drinking involved ;)

Other than the ROC meeting I've attended,(and the folks I've met there) I've yet to see another ROC badge...

I noticed alot more RL's on the road up here in WNY, took a short drive yesterday about 10 mile and noticed at least 5 RLs none with ROC decals though, I remeber when I bought mine I seen about 2 per month now I see at least 2 per day.

I live in a fairly small town close to the coast in NC, and I don't see many RLs in this area. But on two recent trips to the NC mountains, I did see many more RLs. Not surprising, since more folks in that area need 4WD. Still haven't spotted a RL with an ROC sticker. Folks obviously don't know what they're missing.

Ahh...makes sense. The ridge is in the shop....rusty lugnuts, rattle in the glove box, and tailgate handle/latch issues. Hopefully I'll have it back soon.

I just returned from the Poconos' I spotted quite a few RLs driving down however two in particular, while driving down the PA turnpike I noticed a billet silver RL with Washington state plates and it looked like it had a ROC sticker in the back window, anyone from WA. down that way? also spoke with a gentleman at a rest area he was driving a green 07 RL spoke with him awhile found out he was heading for Niagara Falls, no decal but he said he checked out the site, told him to join.

Got my RL in late Dec, my ROC decal on in early Jan. I work in Jupiter and go home to Melbourne on the weekends traveling around both areas and up and down I-95. I have yet to see one other ROC sticker :confused:

I just moved to Arlington, VA and saw a silver RL today at the Mount Vernon bike trail with a ROC Sticker. It had a custom built fork mount bike rack in the bed and a roof rack. I think I've seen a picture of the truck on this website but can't find it now. Anyone know who this is?

I spotted an honked at a green Ridge heading north on 27th Ave just north of the 101 in NW Phoenix. It had one of the old maroon colored plates and started with the letter "V". Nice looking truck neighbor! :)

I spotted a Dark Cherry Pearl Ridgeline on I-84W in Waterbury,CT. this morning. Had the ROC sticker and an Apple logo sticker on the rear windows. Was going to pull up and say hi, but didn't get a chance too.

I spotted one on Monday in Vineland/Millville... at BJs. I was walking back to the truck and looked over my shoulder and coming at me was a Nimbus Gray with a small pinstrip turning into pinstrip flames . the truck also had a emergency light of some sort(I think) on top... Just a shout out.. hello!:)

It has been two years without me seeing sticker siting (excluding meets). I GAVE my two buds stickers for their Ridges. Where were they??? Not on their trucks, but on their tool boxes! UHGGGGGGGGGGGG! Last time I give them a GREAT Sticker. They should be part of this group. Anytime there over I still bug them. ( I guess they are not into as much as I am) Oh Well..:confused:

That was me as I mentioned in my other thread. On my daily commute so you'll likely see me often if you travel that route frequently.

I live in Denver, Colorado and have never seen another ROC sticker proudly displaryed. I am certain there must be a few--but not where I have been driving. I pass them out when I see a RL in a parking lot--hard to put one under the wiper at highway speeds:D

You just answered my question. I will get both and then see which one looks better. you won't be able to see unless you stick them both. They have a paper on both sides (used for rubbing to help when sticking it). Can't see the decal itself unless stuck.

I had bought both also but I really like the Chrome. Just a matter of opinion. I gave the white one to one of my buddies with a Ridge.

I actually saw my buddy Samhian a few times on the highway. And once I saw Mtnman cruising down Lake St in Roselle. For such a large area where I live , its still a small world.

Thank you. It was definately an awesome ride. But, I recently traded it for an '09 Pilot. Kind of a bittersweet thing...I love the new ride, but definately miss the RL.
