Wondering if someone can tell me if they are experiencing the following... my driver;s side heated seat does the following:
about 2 minutes after setting the seat-heater to "hi" my butt does in fact get very warm. but then it seems to 'click-off"... which i had attributed to an automatic thermostat. Problem is, the seat heater doesn't seem to kick on again for many many minutes (20+) and when it does it seems to almost be random. I'm thinking either this is a design problem and an over-eager auto-thermastat, or my RL has a problem... most likely a short of some sort
My previous experience in heated seats is in my VW and my sister's BMW, both of which turn on and stay warm, continiously.
So i'm asking, is this normal? Granted I don't need them much now in this Indian Summer, but it'll get cold soon and I have about 4k left on the warranty.
